Every 6 months Carers are encouraged to attend a meeting to –
- update carers on what is happening at Pathways SouthWest
- answer any questions carers might have about Pathways Southwest and our services
- hear any suggestions from carers for improvement of our services
- as part on our ongoing quality program
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 30 April 2019 at 5:30pm
at the Pathways SouthWest office Unit 1 14 Rose Street Bunbury
