All Mental Health Family Carers are invited and welcome to attend.
- Monday 16 Oct 2017 – Aromatherapy for Wellness (6-8 pm)
- Tuesday 17 Oct 2017 – Pilates (10-11 am OR 11.30 am-12.30 pm)
- Thursday 19 Oct 2017 – Aromatherapy for Wellness (10am-12pm)
- Friday 20 Oct 2017 – Carer Emergency Survival Kit (10am-12pm)
The focus for all sessions is on self-care for Carers.
