The positions are based within a non-clinical community mental health program that supports and empowers people with mental illness to improve their quality of life and assist individuals in their recovery journey.
The Casual SUPPORT WORKER works under supervision to provide direct support to consumers as identified in their Recovery Plan.
The Casual RECOVERY WORKER coordinates consumer recovery which is based on a joint assessment and co-planned interventions.
ACTIVITY TEAM LEADER. Pathways SouthWest is recruiting an enthusiastic individual to lead the team delivering services and activities to a range of consumers.
The position is based in a community Clubhouse setting, supporting and empowering people with mental illness to improve their quality of life and assist individuals in their recovery journey by providing social connection and peer contacts in both structured and non-structured activities. The Team Leader coordinates Clubhouse activities which are based on co-planned activities.
